GKGFS has a group of experienced dealers licensed by the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore). The dealing desk is available to service you 24hours a day, five days a week, including public holidays (other than January 1). Feel free to contact the help desk with regards to system, market or any trading queries. In the rare event that the online trading system is down, the dealers are licensed to take and place orders for you over the phone. GKGFS strives to ensure a smoother trading experience for you.

Customer funds are also placed only with Banks licensed in Singapore. Daily reports are prepared and filed monthly with the MAS. MAS also conduct regular checks on forex brokers that are registered. We also go through 2 annual audit checks, internal and external.

In the event that the company is under distress, customers’ funds are 100% protected from the company’s creditors. With the current market situation where nothing can be certain, having this feature in place ensures a higher level and quality of safety for your trading capital deposits.
